These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated by ItSearcher, including LeadMiner and related tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
ItSearcher provides software tools for small businesses, including lead research and enrichment, competitor monitoring, and review response assistance. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis and may change or be discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and the applicable fees shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with the Services, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a refund. Refunds after the initial 14-day period are granted at our sole discretion. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) collect or process data in violation of applicable law, including data protection laws; (c) resell or redistribute the Services without authorization; or (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services. Our data collection relies solely on public, lawfully accessible sources.
The Services and all associated software, content, and branding are the property of ItSearcher. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITSEARCHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
